Printmaking Student posters. M. Squibb

Mr. Matt Squibb’s printmaking class printed Black History Month letterpress posters using 100-year-old wood type.

Students immersed themselves in making their posters using the same technique used by goldsmith and inventor Johannes Gutenberg.

Not only have Mr. Squibb and his students shared their Black History Month creations with the staff, but all can check out a display of collaborative letterpress posters students created posted in the first-floor main hallway display case- by the main office.
