Congratulations on making it this far, now let’s finish this year off stronger than ever. Senioritis has taken over, but we must remember that there are a lot of important dates coming up in order to graduate.

What should seniors be expecting the last two weeks of spring-2023?

Don’t forget Fees and Fines are due on May 12th 2023. If any fees and fines are not paid, your diploma may not be included at graduation. Stop in the Athletics and Activities office or Contact Ms. Lynda Mazzurco at (419) 473-8426 with questions regarding fees. Fee balances are also available on PowerSchool and you may pay online or in the Activities/Athletics office.

Be sure to turn in your Chromebook, borrowed books, and any other borrowed resources by May 19th as those will also impact receiving your diploma.

PROM

Get ready For A Night Of A Thousand Lights! Prom 2023 will be held on May 13th at 6:30-10:30 pm at the Premier right off of Heatherdowns. No entry after 7:30pm

Tickets will be sold on April 19 – May 1rst or until sold out, remember only 500 tickets will be sold. Tickets are $60 per person. They can be purchased cash only

Students will be provided with a dinner at 7:00, dessert, t-shirt and a free photo ticket.

Whitmer students are allowed to bring visitors. Visitor forms will be available this week in the activities office. When forms must be turned into the main office. Visitors who will be attending Whitmers prom must have their student IDs or a form of identification.

SENIOR ASSEMBLY
The class of 2023 senior assembly will be held on Wednesday, May 24th. All seniors must be in their seats for attendance in the field house by 7:40am. The assembly begins promptly at 9:00am.

HERE IS A BIG REMINDER: If students miss the rehearsal on the 23rd or the senior assembly on the 24th of May the student will not participate in the graduation ceremony.

Seniors are expected to dress in the appropriate attire business casual. Students must also wear their cap and gown for senior assembly.
